1.3.3 MDCK cell board: inoculate 200ml(106Entries/m) MDCK cell hanging liquid on 96 orifices board ,culture in the 33??/span>,5% CO2 breeding case. When the cells become flakes, clean them 3 times with cell lotion before the experiment, blot the liquid up for experiment.

2.4 Use diluents to examine the dropping rate of virus:

Dilute testing virus 10 times, then add some MIDCK cell board,200ul per orifice, inoculate 8 orifice every diluent’s degree, put it in 33??/span>, 5%, CO2 breeding case for 7 days .After the MDCK cell board foster in –72??/span>,temperature and ablation in normal temperature repeated for 3 times for blood solidify test .
